You're the GM

The first post recommends extending Mauer 1-2 seasons and has Grossman as the starting left fielder. I can't compete with that.

I know, right? Why would you put Grossman in left when he's clearly the best option for center? Idiots...

Sickles has an article up on his site on fixing the Twins.  Might not hurt to go over there and voice your opinion.  :)

I agree with your starting rotation. The more I think of it, May is probably better than anyone we can trade for without moving our AA arms. IMHO we can contend with those 5.

i like your post on SBN. I agree with your moves for the most part. I think I would add to your development point that the organization needs some kind of prospect focus that moves those deemed prospects through the low minors faster so they can get more time in double A and triple A before being called up. Not sure if that's all on the GM or Brad Steil or if it's an additional duty or person.

yeah, there's definitely room to quibble over there. I don't know if they spend too much time in the low minors.. some of the college guys I think you could argue for it, but then again, Lamonte Wade is  good example of them bumping one up quickly.  He started in CR and is already in FTM.  Will probably start in AA next season. I think there's something to be said though about the Twins and their impatience for time in the high minors (unless of course you're a pitcher).  Vargas, Arcia, Buxton, and Sano are all examples of guys who had very little high minor time, and only Sano has looked ready during his entire ML time.
