Of course. It's the nature of the joke that seemed more like just a chance for a cheap shot. Here's mine: I'm calling Florimon's first HR of the season, now that he doesn't have the wind blowing in to prevent it. If that's a shot against Florimon's batting prowess, so be it - but I don't think it's especially cheap.
Did P-Flo have any homers hitting RH last year? If he did, I don't remember. His rep was that RH was his strong side, but he just didn't hit at all from that side of the plate last year.

 

BTW, if no one has noticed, the Twins are scuffling vs. LH pitching. They've faced three left handers on this road trip and lost all three and won both games started (against them) by right handers.

Crazy idea alert!

 

If hicks keeps struggling send him to AA and throw him in the bullpen. See how he does. When he is ready, if he is ready, call him up and you have Gardys true dream player. Fast, can't hit, plays defense and can throw the living fire out of the ball. Would actually be pretty cool. Not sure I've heard of anyone doing that, obviously the opposite with Ankiel, but he switched for good.
