Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 Those size 14s couldn't find the bag? He was facing the wrong direction... They touched 2nd base.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 Good for an ERA of 9.00... what's not to like? Dirt mentioned that he's 6'7" and two fitty. So if he fails as a pitcher, we should all be confident that he could have another go as an athlete in the NBA as a less-bald Barkley when Love doesn't come to town.

GCTF Verified Member Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 Josh Johnson shutdown for 2014. Still > Pelfrey.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 New bottom of the order--sounds like runs! Here we go!
jokin Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 This didn't happen, so.... yes?http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_uFYtT3I_QHY/TLbkz7SCTPI/AAAAAAAAA0c/1tT1-GxWUzI/s1600/Charlie+Brown+Pitching.jpg Alex Meyer is currently on a: 6 shutout inning/1 hit/10K game with Rochester (3Ks on Middlebrooks, 2K on Roberts). The arb cutoff date can't come soon enough.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 7 and 8 made contact anyway.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 This didn't happen, so.... yes?http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_uFYtT3I_QHY/TLbkz7SCTPI/AAAAAAAAA0c/1tT1-GxWUzI/s1600/Charlie+Brown+Pitching.jpg I'm looking at this photo and I'm amazed at the modern camera and its abilty to stop action. However... I wonder about the physics at play that cause his clothes to fly off and fly off in that fashion... One shoe on the ground and the other airborne. And how did his underwear stay on if his socks came off with his shoes?
stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 Swing at the first pitch Joe.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Mauer at the plate, down a run with two outs and runners on first and second. TD server crash in three... tw

stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Another good crowd at the Trop.
afurry91 Verified Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Pelfrey is at least hitting low 90s on the gun today.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 "Outfield playing shallow and around towards left on Mauer..."
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 We may have wanted that out at 2nd... Let's see.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 "Bulldog attitude". "Zoberth". "Downward plane". *drink*, but only if snepp will raise a glass...
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Defense... Stomp Stomp... Defense
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Yeah... We needed that out at 2nd. Pelfrey has been alright. So far it ain't his fault.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Shades of 201not zero.Repaired, free of charge. Good post.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Maher/Escobar should have gotten the double play.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Yeah... We needed that out at 2nd. Pelfrey has been alright. So far it ain't his fault.Bouncing the curve to move the runner up didn't help.
snepp Verified Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 *drink*, but only if snepp will raise a glass... Bert needs to retire, he's going to be the death of me.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 How long did Dick assume Pineda will be suspended?
snepp Verified Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 How long did Dick assume Pineda will be suspended? 10 games.
big dog Verified Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Look for the Rays to run all night on Pinto. He's not handling the ball well.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Bouncing the curve to move the runner up didn't help. That is true... Kinda like falling down the stairs backwards after getting punched in the face doesn't help the black eye.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 10 games. And I suppose I can't DL him on my fantasy team either.
big dog Verified Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Let's get some hits, boys. This guy isn't that tough. Put a 3-spot on the board. I look forward to looking forward to Arcia's spot in the lineup again. I love watching him hit, or try.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Ha ha... I love the noise made by Mom.
