  1. Well there you have it Rosario will now go on a hot steak. I missed Littel but Grateral and Romero looked good.
  2. All it takes is one look at Pineda to see that the best thing he could do to enhance his performance is to drop fifty pounds. I am certain he is metabolically the opposite of, say, Gibson.
  3. Nice win! I was at the ballpark did Garv allow a passed ball or was that a wild pitch?
  4. Oh I'm so scared. Geez I didn't know they talked like that down in Indianer.
  5. The reason the way they do it now is the right way is by the end of the season all teams have played a full season and you have the most complete estimation of a team's worth available. Yes there are fluctuations in each teams level of play during the season but there are too many variables dictating that level of play that would obscure an accurate assessment of their play. Huh?
  6. I just can't get over the fact that Sano has been able to cobble together an 89 year career!
  7. I also would have liked to see Berrios get more rest and face Cleveland. The velocity drop is for real. Love the way they've handled Pineda which makes the Berrios situation puzzling to me.
  8. Isn't it true the Schoop's current hot steak coincides with being used primarily against lefties?
  9. Well there you go others were mentioning that Gibby looked gaunt. He's had digestive trouble all year and he does even thinner than usual. This could explain many things for him.
  10. Dobnak has the look of a long-term pro. It's the mustache, amirite?
  11. Very nice to see some pitching development from our coaching staff.
  12. Nice post. This is why I keep coming back, somebody has a thought and takes the time to look up some stats and put together a post that gives us all a deeper appreciation for the game. It's not just this post but others even in this short thread. Between this site and and an unnamed podcast following the Twins as the only ball fan in my house has been enriched.
  13. What I'm saying is yes we know the Big Mike will have trouble with his knees etc but if he is rested headed into the post season he could be one of our most valuable pitchers.
  14. This Gibby Bobo finally has to agree. I'd rather go to battle with big Mike or Odo or both
  15. Keep rotating that pen! Ease up on the back to backs I think we've got the depth now to glide through this portion of the schedule with our boot on the tribe's neck. no I'm serious.
