  1. Another lackluster performance across the board made for a boring afternoon at the park.
  2. But our crack trio of batting coaches have taught our hitters the proper launch angle. One can only hope they dont mess with Lewis's mind when he returns.
  3. Can't play baseball and can't sing either. What else could possibly go wrong?
  4. Face it, they sucked today pitching, fielding, everything. Lets get over it there are till 159 games left to play.
  5. Lower hands at address leads to less verticle drop in Acuna's hands during the swing.
  6. Just curious as to how many of Julian's Ks were called 3rd strikes on pitches off the plate. Hopefully Lewis won't get caught up the Twins launch angle mantra and lose the swing that produces solid power to all fields.
  7. Most of Julien's called 3rd strikes appeared to be off the plate.
  8. I think Lewis may be the most expensive at that point in time.
  9. Caught the Saint's game last night by accident on WUCW. This was not the 1st time that has happened. I have never seen any advance notice that these games are being televised in the local media. Are these last minute scheduling additions what am I missing?
  10. The Twins potentialy have 2 allstar center fielders on their roster and neither one is allowed to play the position for fear of injury? What's wrong with this picture?
  11. Until the Twins put Buxton back in center field and open up the DH position the Twins are toast. If he can bat, run, and steal bases he should be capable of playing defence. If his condition is so bad that he can't play in the field he is of little day to day value. The team doesn't need two Joey Gallos.
  12. Watching the Twins play this year is like being stuck in Ground Hog's day. Nothing ever seems to change.
  13. Watching them play makes me want to reasure my self that it really isn't ground hog day.
  14. They are getting awfully hard to watch. When the two "boppers" on the team can't even make contact with the bases loaded that says it all.
  15. In order to get any value out of Buxton they need to play him in center field and slide Tayler to Right. That would not only give the Twins the best defensive outfield possible but open up the DH to someone who can make solid contact. Matt Wallner comes to mind.
