    This story made me laugh, and I am still in bed. It is time to get him out of the lineup. He is a hole in the lineup. I was glad to see his descent in the batting order yesterday. Push him down even more.

    Great relay. Big blast. Atta bats. Shoemaker labors and wears ME out watching him. Even his 1,2,3 innings seem labor intensive. I'm happy with any win.

    Atta T'ins. It feels better than a loss. And remembering as a kid waking up in the morning and digging for the box scores in the newspaper to see who hit home runs in last night's game. Never having to read how low it was, or how soft it was or in which other stadiums it would have been an out. Just letting it be a home run..

    I agree with you. Polanco is not and has never been my short stop of choice. I was pleased to read your first post. I have been begging for a real shortstop. A specialist. Versatility is overrated imo

    It was not an infield fly rule call. They ruled that Donaldson intentionally dropped the ball. You don't have to catch it, but you cannot intentionally drop it. There is a difference.

    Thank Paul Molitor for fixing Buxton's disappearing leg lift. Straight to the ball with his hands. No leg kick needed. Now do the same for Royce Lewis.

    If Sano is our best 3b after Donaldson, and he is, put him there. I get versatility but how many guys should not be playing in their best position? I'd settle for one if we have to. Sano to third Versatility can play 1b if Josh goes DL
