  1. Wasnt my theory but I will take it.
  2. Why do I get excited when Julien makes a solid MLB play?
  3. I resemble that.
  4. Without leaving his feet. Bader broke sideways before going back. Great catch but not a great route.
  5. Once again I think Chief has it.
  6. Julien with another bonehead running play. So lucky Trout didn’t throw home which was a bonehead play of its own.
  7. Whatever are we going to do with all this talent?😀
  8. This makes sense. One difference I have is putting Lewis at first. He’s the most athletic of the bunch so second makes sense to me. I would like to see Keaschall in left field eventually. Like always this stuff usually sorts itself out and if Miranda and Julien hit then we can swing a trade.
  9. This. I’m pretty sure the Twins have thought of having him take some grounders. There are posters who think every tall guy and / or every guy that is left handed should just become first baseman.
  10. If Lee continues to hit he would be my long term third baseman. I think he could be really good at third. Having said that we have to let him show he is going to hit so in the short term he can play second and Royce can play third. If the Twins aren’t in contention later I would switch them or do it next year where Royce can have an off season and spring training to get used to second. Royce is the better athlete and will get a chance to show that more at second.
  11. Another excellent article. Thank you. When you consider Buchanan got flipped for Jason Bartlett that was a really good trade.
  12. Me too. He has made some nice scoops but his fielding isn’t great. So far he’s been a good value for $1 million but nobody is winning the World Series with Ty France at first base.
  13. I really like the Provus / Perk combo.
  14. Man those innings pitched! I love these articles because I get to compare the actual stats to what I remember. Like others I remember the knuckle curve as I had never heard of it before then.
  15. Pick me - wait I am on the IL with a knee injury.
  16. Yea his hitting profile always had a low floor so to speak. AAA and major league pitchers aren’t going to walk him nearly as much and will force him to swing the bat. The question then becomes does he swing and miss a lot or connect for enough power. I’ve always felt fan expectations have gotten a little ahead of him.
  17. Another “funny” article Thats not very funny. Write about a prospect or something.
  18. I believe Bowen was the last piece in the Polanco trade. It would be ironic if he ends up being the most valuable piece in the trade. He’s had a good year to date.
  19. To take it a step further you could call KC and say you can have Royce plus any three players on our major league roster or any three in our minor league system for Witt Jr. That sound you would hear is them hanging up the phone.
  20. With all due respect, there is ZERO chance Royce becomes Bobby Witt Jr. I mean they are not even in the same ballpark.
  21. My issue with it is that the roster churn allows teams to have a 15 or 16 man pitching staff. This means starters can go fewer innings and throw harder in those inning meaning more three true outcomes baseball which I hate. MLB put a limitation on the number of pitchers for a reason. This essentially negates that rule.
