    I expect to see even more explosive growth in automation and robotics, probably augmented reality remote systems as well. Basically human distancing via technology. The economy will reshape itself to absorb this. I don't know that I like it, but it seems a likely next stage. We'll need different ways to interact with one another as social critters.

    This is the report cited. It would be useful to know if these results were corroborated elsewhere, since the sample sizes are not large (1000 people in each of six countries).
