  1. I believe I saw absinthe suggested in yesterday's game thread.
  2. May 13th, 1957. Changed the course of my life.
  3. I am ready for the new season of Agents of SHIELD; looking forward to seeing the take on the newer Ghost Rider in it.
  4. We used to make up very bizarre names to send in to Casey to see if he could read them on-air. I know we got him to wish a happy birthday to "Ignatz Guggenheim."
  5. Netflix night.
  6. I guess we get to find out if they read Parker's article.
  7. As long as it's accompanied by the Sano era, the Berrios era, and the Kepler era, count me in.
  8. I like Ripper Street when I have seen it. Also, although not BBC, Penny Dreadful had much to recommend it. On Netflix now. Broadchurch? Being a huge fan of Tennant, gotta watch em all.
  9. But it's low sugar and low sodium.
  10. I see a lot of this, where it sits and thinks for a while before loading the ads.

  12. The books were certainly good.
  13. Jessica Jones is the logical prerequisite for Luke Cage, as he's introduced in that series.
  14. Agents of SHIELD, Walking Dead, The Flash; I'll see if the new MacGyver is any good. Lotsa Netflix; headed up by Luke Cage. Curious about Star Trek: Discovery but that's not until January and I'm not sure if I'll pay CBS extra money to watch it. Doctor Who series 10 isn't until April, I think.
  15. I'd come up.just to follow the work on this. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/sep/12/hms-terror-wreck-found-arctic-nearly-170-years-northwest-passage-attempt
  16. Not entirely. http://spacecenter.org/
  17. Isn't it Independent Republic of Texas? Which would still be part of the (geologic) North American Plate in any event.
  18. Technically 'America' goes from the northern tip of Greenland to the Straits of Megellan off of Chile.
