    Yes, yes, yes, they platoon too often. And they change the batting order too frequently. Give the players consistency.

    Great article. We do have a good nucleus. The funny thing about sports is it takes 25% of the season to know how good you will be. Look at the NFL. Look at the Vikings. No one predicted they would do anywhere near as well as they are. No reason the Twins can't win their division with the talent on hand next year.

    I'm not sure the back of the rotation started is high on my list of Twins needs, but I like the catcher. Who else could they throw in that, either player's outfield or first base.

    It's not a problem, as Correa and Buxton will probably be on the shelf half the season.

    Our only hope in the long term is to get this team sold or pray our young players all bust out simultaneously. Until then, I'll still watch the development of our young guys.

    Correa - Not one single team has come calling for Correa. Zero. No conversations. Period. Let that sink in ... How quick is Correa? He doesn't run fast on the basis. I would love to see Lee and Correa in a foot race. I wouldn't bet my house on Correa winning ..

    I think it's different for small market teams because it restrains the team in other areas. For Large Market teams with plenty if money to blow that salary is reasonable.

    The fact no one is calling to trade for Correa says it all. He's too injury prone and his salary is too high .. We're stuck with him whether you like it or not. Just need to hope he has a season worthy of his salary. That's a high bar, considering his injury history ..

    If they trade Lopez, they might trade Correa as well. Save 58k in salary cap and pick up a ton of talent.
