The Rays haven't hit the ball since the first inning of game 2 and now their season comes down to hoping Griffin Jax doesn't look like he did in the Cleveland start. Looks like they waived the white flag already.

Which probably means they win tonight 8-0.

It will be fun to watch Jax as a starter. Curious how hard he is throwing as a starter.

Doesn't matter, he can't find the strike zone....

I looked this up earlier today. 11 appearances as a reliever this season with an ERA of 8. 23 starts with an ERA of 3.12

I was beating the drum to make Jax a starter again in 2025 before we traded him away… I think Morejon is the next converted RP who will be awesome as a SP. I would also move Morris back to a starter.

The Brewers are fully committed to the bullpen game tonight with Dustin May starting things off…

They only need to win 1 of the next 4 (possible) games, might as well save Mis, Henderson, and Gasser

How the hell does it sound like a home game for the Brewers? I know they travel well but I gotta believe that most of that sound is Fox masking the crickets inside the Trop, to keep the nation from changing the channel

But I thought baseball purists wanted to watch games played in the dump known as Tropicana Field? They have to pump in crowd noise because that market can’t fill half of the seats in that dump in the regular season?

Not sure how any purists can think that the Trop is anything close to a legitimate MLB park?

But aren’t they building something new?

Pretty sure the purists hate the Trop as much, or more, than they hated The Dome. However, they do like watching SB's, moving the runner over, taking the extra base, forcing the other team to make mistakes - fundamental baseball.

HR's may be exciting, but watching a bunch of BB's and K's is not....

I liked the Trop more then the stadium in Houston.

Brewer fans are the same as Packer fans - loud and obnoxious wherever they go.

Disagree…. baseball fans who happen to be Brewers fans and not necessarily Packer fans, have suffered for 44 years. Let them have this.

Doubt it, noise is equal when either team does something good...
