Hockenson sliding at the 1 instead of taking contact to score and go up by 2 scores is a choice. Wowza.

Easy choice though, assuming you can take 3 snaps and kneel down

This game was boring and sucked. But if I'm honest about it, the offense did look like they were figuring stuff out the second half. They couldn't finish any drives, but they weren't shooting themselves in the foot as much. There may be some hope for mediorcity.

Strong disagree. This team needs some confidence in the offense. Very strong disagree.

Nah, everyone knew it was a touchdown. Why give the opponent the ball if you don’t have to? Unless Joe Pisarchik is out there somewhere, that was a wrap

Maybe Kyler Murray is the 2000 version of Trent Dilfer. Idk man. What a boring and frustrating watch that was. For 4 weeks in a row Flores has put the organization on his back and won.

Carson Wentz should be the quarterback going forward. I’m sorry but this was terrible. Pre snap penalties. Dink and dunk for the most part. 5 field goals against a winless team at home. Terrible. Going to get stomped trotting this sorry ass offense out there every week. Wentz isn’t good but he’s more suited to what KOC is apparently looking for out of the offense.

people on KFAN radio seem genuinely upset that Hockenson did not score, and not because of a feel-good vibe to bring in to next week

Because there are more and more degenerate gamblers made every day

I mean, yes. But I've already been called too negative for stating this on a Vikings site.... Murray sucks. It's that simple.

Truth is it won’t happen until they get a loss or two. Highly doubt a change will be made at 4-0. But that was yuck times 1,000,000

How or why would that have given any of the players additional confidence?  They know exactly what he's doing there, and that it is the correct move, because they are professionals.  Very strong disagree.

Very fair to point that out when over/unders and spread is thrown in our face every day.

Skor North post game show asks this question. Does this feel like 2016 that finished 8-8 and missed the playoffs? Or 2024 that was shooting for a 1 seed in the NFC? Both teams started 4-0.

This feels like a Glen Mason Gopher team that would start 4-0 and then feel lucky to get into the MicronPC.com Bowl

True. The defense is just so good though. Like, just give reasonably average play out of the QB position and you’d have a real shot. I worry the D is going to get burned out. Too many short possessions

I think we could be on the lookout for a Kirko, Geno, or Mac Jones trade. It will be a travesty wasting this defense who has carried the team over the last year. This team is miraculously on a 9 game winning streak with horse bleep offense the whole time.

QB and O-line play says 2016

Geno Smith is toasted.  He belongs with the NYJ

It’s going to be really hard for any competitive team to give away a backup QB. Not with the way guys get hurt these days. SF definitely would not want to help out the Vikings in season. Chargers haven’t won a game yet. That’s the only shot to get someone worthwhile in season, if they wanted a bunch of draft picks in return.

Gotta root for more Raiders and Chargers losses I guess. Kirko is the expiring contract old friend. Herbert has long term potential here

Oof, there are a lot of really angry posters on here for a 4-0 team with a QB who completed 73% of his passes, didn’t turn the ball over, and led a game-sealing 5:41 drive (going 4-4 for 62 yards).

The vast majority of the game, when most posts were made, he was truly awful. Are you confident the offense is good enough to win playoff games?
