Fun fact: this pitcher...D. Yaz...is a distant relative of former Boston slugger Carl Yaz.

Our guy Brad Lee is pitching a good game.

Find a defensive home for Keaschall, there should be no question, then put him in the leadoff spot for the year.

Left field?

Wheels Keaschall.  Make it happen.  Fing outstanding base running..

TC hasn't had that BB IQ for a long long time.

Hope it's contagious.

Why.

Minimize the effects of his noodle arm.

I don't want him anywhere near an infield spot. Even 1st base.  Bad hands kill you in the infield.

And he has hands of granite.

Obligatory

I do not think that word means what you think it means.

Chief knows Obligatory means "Princess Bride reference," at minimum, and that's all anyone needs here.

Then TC will move heaven and earth to put Buxton in CF.

Buxton LF

Keaschall IB

I just dont think Keaschall can be an infielder. Can you imagine how many throws and grounders he'd botch at 1st?

Larnach has his faults but is less likely to turn a single into a triple.

Larnach is dead man walking.  Not back next year.  His time now should be auditioning his in house replacement now.

The flip side is that a mistake in the infield doesn't go for multiple bases quite as often.  I despair of figuring out where to hide him.  He and the coaches simply have to figure out how to upgrade him to "serviceable" somewhere on the field - he's too young to DH except as the last resort.

He's had way too much infield time. Thats why he's not there any longer.
