I will be shocked if Buxton is back next week.  They are going to be ultra conservative and he will need to show he is healthy for at least a week before he is allowed near the field.

Probably so...there is a surplus of outfielders, and he will probably start at DH when he is ready

It was when Mauer made the Hall of Fame with Beltre, I was at the game when they honored Mauer and there were numerous former players, both teammates and players before him.  

I also happened to be at the game when the Rangers honored Beltre, and Pudge was the only former player there.  The Twins seem to keep their alumni connected.

I think the players liked Dick better than we did.  And I think the Twins work to get all the Hall of Famers here if possible.

Trout’s demise has been pretty sad. Reminiscent of Ken Griffey Jr. Since he signed his absurd 12/$426.5 million extension in 2019, he’s had 3 seasons out of 8 with 100+ games played.
