My problem with Kody batting lead off is that I view him as a very non essential part of this team and that he’s pretty redundant positionally. I was hoping he was going to have a pretty short leash on this roster, but the fact that he’s batting lead off makes me think that Twins leadership likely doesn’t view him as non essential and redundant

Problem is, half if not more of the roster is non-essential.  I guess I just don't know why Clemens is singled out, that's all.

But still, one of the best hitters on the team. Name 5 better.

Buxton, Keaschall, Wallner, Jeffers, Larnach, Martin, Bell.  Martin earned a shot at playing full time this year based on last year, Clemens has not.

This ump does have a wide strike zone.. and a tall one..

Which tell me if challenged early , might change his  thinking , i would rather see it early ,  - if wrong big deal ? how many games are the twins gonna need one in the 8th and 9th ??

Wow. I'll give you Keaschall and Buxton. Otherwise your standards are pretty low.

33 pitches by your pitcher and Wallner has a 2 pitch at bat. Very du.b.

THese  players in this era , have ZERO baseball I.Q.

No you should said better than Clemens, not compared to the rest of the league.

Another one our kids makes first start today against big city Baltimore 😳😬

It looks like the Birds have had great success against Taj. All their players have like .400 average against him.

With whole new team/staff-lots of the new faces the kids may have difficult time against all of the big city teams

Pretty sure the Twin Cities together are twice the size of Charm City.

Any other team would view Clemens as non-essential.

Can we be done with Larnach and his sad weak arm already.

That throw was so bad. I actually thought it could have been close. Wasn’t even a good throw to the cutoff man

We have 3 guys in AAA Saints better defensive players than Larnach.

Larnachs best skill is STANDING in the batters box ,  other than looking like he could be a good hitter,  what has he ever done , except help beat the Gophers in 2018
