What are you talking about?

"If" in this context isn't projecting future results. "If" here is just doing the math on past results.

IF -  is a conjunction used to introduce a condition, supposition, or uncertainty, meaning a result happens only on the condition that something else occurs.
You figure it out.

Ironically if you would've just quoted my very next post, you might have something. But you're too busy trying to make some bizarre point to realize that

IF -  very common term at TD; it is a crutch that makes prose stilted.

What’s even more common is to ignore facts to suit a narrative, in this case, your dislike of Wallner.

Knock it off. If you can’t get into a debate with facts, stfu already. Your arguments tend to the side of disingenuous.

1) There is development runway for Rodriguez and Gonzalez. If they aren't slated to play at least three-quarters of the time for the Twins, they can benefit from extra time in the minors.

2) I don't think there's room for this club to carry Wallner and Larnach unless Bell is the regular first baseman.

3) The pitchers sent down have a lot of work to do before they pitch on the Target Field mound.

4) Mendez seems a long way from the majors and an even longer way from being a first baseman.

5) Larnach is an average major league bat with little defensive value or upside. Wallner has elite tools (power and throwing arm), but he has to improve from the three two outcomes player he was last year. I'd bet on Wallner to be better this year and beyond.

1) Any top prospect in this organization on the opening day roster is literal roster malpractice. There is zero reason for the Twins to potentially burn a full year of control for a projected 90+ loss team.

2) Everything I'm reading here is Larnach and Waller in COF, and Bell at 1B. Oh boy.

3) You mean to tell me the pitching pipeline (TM) still needs more time? Shocking.

4) So glad we acquired him with the requirement of carrying him on the 40 man roster.

5) I guess? Neither are going to be impact players on a contending team.
