That sounded facetious, but I think there's something to that. Aside from the owner though, the fans and even more so the media are ruthless on the owners, front office and players in those markets while ours largely gets a pass to adhere to the Minnesota Nice atmosphere.

While we don't advocate for it here at Twins Daily, torches and pitchforks are likely quite motivating.

Yep. Probably why I am comparatively so negative to the other posters here. East coast fans don’t tolerate lack of success like I’ve noticed the twins fans do. Then again, the Vikings don’t enjoy the same luxury. Fans will boo them off the field at halftime with a lead. Weird to me.

And Austin Martin being on this team is insane. Him continually starting is beyond explanation. He's lucky to hit it past the pitcher

And Manaea has reverse splits. You cant defend it. Correa needs to get back ASAP and he needs to be in AAA

And the bats continue to be functioning at a very feeble level.  Makes them very difficult to watch far more often than not, like tonight.

Alcala, Jax and Duran all have not pitched in a week because we have mostly sucked ass and the times we were good our starters had big balls and did it themselves.

Matt Wallner had to hit a billion home runs in AAA and still couldn't come up until AFTER Martin got hurt.

The guy is horrendous.

If he was held to the same standard as Wallner who after an excellent season last year was demoted after 25 ABs............Martin would be out of baseball for life
