Green Bay is being extremely cautious with Jordan Love. He’s basically getting the Ponder kid gloves treatment right now. He hasn’t faced a legitimate pass rush yet and we will see if he crumbles when he does. 

Chicago I’m becoming convinced their coaching is no good. Fields doesn’t appear to be the answer at QB and they’ll be back to square 1 picking a QB and likely a new coaching staff.

Yeah, that's two weeks in a row. The front office clearly wants to tank, and somehow that's exactly what happened despite the early game success.

I really hope Celeb Williams AND Marvin Harrison Jr tell AZ that they would refuse to sign with that disaster of an organization.

Two games too late. With Ingram and Udoh having integral parts of this offense to start the year, there seems like little explanation for why this wasn't done sooner other than stubbornness.

Seems like had they had one more functional interior lineman, they might have won one of those games. If not both.

Akers is literally a salary dump. I don’t know why they won’t give Chandler some run before taking on Akers. Is he really that bad in pass protection? That seems to be the equalizer for RBs.

Sounds like Akers is bad in pass protection too.

I don't know, I suppose this could be a really nice move considering I've never thought much of Mattison. But this is a pass heavy team, which it should be, and it seems like a similar situation as to where Akers was previously. Is he going to be a disruption and complain in Minnesota's locker room too? 

Though the guy's caught only 27 passes in three years and he wasn't targeted once in the one game he played this year. If this team is throwing 70% of the time, it's possible he only sees 10 snaps a game, in which case, if he doesn't do anything he may very well be cut in short order.

He's got to be amongst the slowest backs in the league. He's not at all shifty either. It always seemed weird to me they had interest in re-signing him. Can't recall watching much of Akers, so I have no clue about how quick he is.

I like Mattison and I'm glad he spoke up about the racist **** that he had sent to him. But, to me, he was a really good back up that didn't make you change your game plan.

The smirk he had on his face when he was flat out asked if the ankle is any better than it was 7-10 days ago and he says “let’s keep it at progress” … Really rubs me the wrong way. His body language screams I’m getting paid regardless so I’m milking this thing for all it’s worth.
