I don't think Dobbs is a great QB but he's better than the four interceptions showed last week. He's allowed to struggle, that's why he's a journeyman. But the NFL is full of journeymen right now at the QB position. By adjusted QB rating (take it for what it's worth), he's been better than Mayfield, Burrow, Wilson, and Sam Howell. Frankly, right now, I think there are only ten or eleven (healthy) good QBs in the league. All the rest are varying levels of competence, mostly depending on the system. It doesn't make sense to make a change while we have a playoff spot. If he continues to struggle, the seat gets warmer. But Hall or Mannion or whomever isn't going to be better.

What we have to hope for is improved play calling from KOC (which I think could happen) that plays to Dobbs strengths, including letting the o-line run block a bit.

so, only three this week :)

It's not like he was even decent in AZ....so I don't think this is exclusively the coaching.

I'd still rather see Dobbs than Mullins, but when you put it that way, yeah I can't see a way to justify QBR as a reliable stat.

I mean, even Baker Mayfield has looked better, and by a considerable margin.

Ooof. Typing that, it just occurred to me, that if Cousins signs a long term deal (relative term) elsewhere and the Vikings want a bridge veteran QB while drafting a rookie, Baker Mayfield may be near the top of the list. Pickings are slim next year.

Yep. Very slim. And the injuries at the position are making it horrible. Anyone seeing how some Dallas and Buffalo fans want different QBs? Ugh.

Dallas fans STILL want a new QB? That can only be for one reason....

Packers will win.

It’s possible. Am I the only one who thinks it’s very weird that the giants QB seems to be bragging about living at home and having his mommy make his bed? It’s not like he’s working an entry level job in the white collar world and he’s trying to make ends meet. He’s got a 3 year, $2.75 million contract!

$2.75 mil a year or total?  Its NYC.  That matters.

Total over 3 years. Almost a million dollars a year. New York isn’t THAT expensive

I'd mock any adult that brags his mom makes his bed.

Yeah I keep hearing about it and I would think he’d be as embarrassed as hell to admit that publicly. I lived at home til I was 26 but I was making a cool $28,500 lol

So catch the ball two feet down take steps not TD...extend ball that TD.  Nice to see how NFL has taken TD's (especially at game end) and opened them up to gambling/playoff implication conspiracy theory.  golf clap
