glunn Community Moderator Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Which Angel? I was always partial to Kris (Cheryl Ladd). I know that is probably not the popular pick. She was a second choice replacement Angel.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Just got here. Was anyone else annoyed that Gardenhire pinch ran for Willingham? Classic Gardy move that I disagree with. In a tie game in the ninth and two outs, the odds are probably higher that Willingham's spot in the lineup will come around again then they are that the difference between Willingham's speed and Escobar's speed will create an immediate run.It had everything to do with Doumit staying in the game no matter what because he's the other catcher. It also got Doumit up with a chance to win the game, not necessarily defending the move, but trying to explain it.
jokin Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I think it's safe to say that Parmelee has crossed the Kubelesque standard for RF defense.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 From this point forward... I will not tolerate any Parmelee can't play outfield talk
glunn Community Moderator Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Parmelee a 1!!!! Beautiful play by Parm!
notoriousgod71 Verified Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Ginger was easier. Stuck on that island' date=' do you want to mess around and get the stop sign? Mary Ann=Vavra, Ginger= Ullger.[/quote'] Where's the god damn "like" button?
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Burton on the other hand is fair game defensively.
jokin Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 The little things, wrong again. Wake Chief up to start a new "Fire Gardy!" thread...
Pius Jefferson Verified Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Diane Chambers/Rebecca Howe? Rebecca Howe. That argument tended to be about who was better with Sam Malone than who was hotter. Speaking of Mayday Malone [video=youtube;vg9ruee3Vos]
glunn Community Moderator Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Parmelee a 1!!!! Then -1 for Burton's defense. Let's get 2.
glunn Community Moderator Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Where's the god damn "like" button? It keeps disappearing then coming back.
Physics Guy Verified Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Diane Chambers/Rebecca Howe? Neither?
stringer bell Verified Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Ginger was easier. Stuck on that island' date=' do you want to mess around and get the stop sign? Mary Ann=Vavra, Ginger= Ullger.[/quote']Ginger was a tease! I think if somebody wanted performance, they would go for Mary Ann.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I cant believe Doumit didn't dive into that steel scoreboard.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Jeez... Burton... Had time to make that play... And look what happened... Ouch
stringer bell Verified Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Most left fielders catch that ball.
Whammy Verified Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 If they are giving Salty a hit in that inning they might as well do away with the "error" stat
Physics Guy Verified Member Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 From this point forward... I will not tolerate any Parmelee can't play outfield talk Agreed, he has been more than adequate.
