TOMMY MILONE was cut by the Mariners.

The Philadelphia Phillies claimed ANDREW VASQUEZ off waivers from the Toronto Blie Jays and assigned him to AAA-ball.

Expecting an add when rosters expand for Tyler. But a team would still have to clear a 40-man roster spot. You have to be lights out dynamite to expect this on short notice. But if no chance of getting to the majors, is it worth it for him to pitch for an AAA team for a month? I would think so, at least to
