I think the FO is doing a really good job of filling the system with prospects.  If they can get more for Maeda, Pineda, or if someone sells the farm for Buxton(and I mean SELLS THE FARM) go for it.  Screw the 2021 season, I could care less if they win another game at this point.  Ohh, and they will have plenty of money to spend in the offseason on FA's.

Earlier in this thread I said no team would trade for Robles. I am surprisingly delighted that I was wrong. He is a Red Sox now.

I think that he probably has at least one more good year in him. And he will hopefully make the rest of this season more bearable.

Ideally they can sign him for next season, and it's possible that they trade him next year if that makes sense at the time.

On the plus side, they have two veterans for mentoring still....which I do think matters for next year. Now get some young guns up here for a few starts and rotate the others in after that.....
