LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Indians lose, really need this game
jz7233 Provisional Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 For a team that preaches analytics... why bring Rogers in when he has been terrible in back to back games...Not only that, he needs to get 4 outs this time.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 So yeah, a big boy foul ball, there ... yikes
FLTwinsGuy Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Good god i think im going to have chest pains
FlauerPauer Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 No one is fooled by Rogers tonight.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 I thought we might get a called strike there
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 This just reminds me that the Red Sox, the Yankees, and the Astros play in rinky-dink ballparks.
IndyTwinsFan Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Romo for the 9th?Just thinking exactly the same thing.
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Stealing totally meaningless there
IndyTwinsFan Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 No one is fooled by Rogers tonight. But we kinda got away with it this inning.
AZTwin Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Rogers already at a lot of pitches. Let’s put Graterol in and see if he can handle the pressure. Indians lost so wouldn’t be the end of the world and we can see if we can trust him when it matters most
drock2190 Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Rodgers makes me nervous for the 9th after that performance
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Good god i think im going to have chest painsChest pains and playoff atmospheres go hand in hand ... Watch out.

twinssporto Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Good god i think im going to have chest painsPace yourself. The playoffs are going to be much more stressfull. The ALCS games against the Yankees will be epic! Real pukers.
Darius Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Can't lose sleep on a HR from a guy like Devers, kid is a helleva playerOur potential playoff opponents have a few decent hitters in their own right. My point is this: there have been a lot of discussions lately about the bullpen turning a corner, even becoming an advantage. I’m still wondering how our bullpen will hold up against quality offenses in the playoffs. We’ll see an offense equal to or better than Boston in the playoffs (Houston/New York). All the August numbers against Detroit and Chicago mean almost nothing. I need to see it against a high-end offense.
ashbury Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Red Sox announcers pointing out that they were rooting for the White Sox tonight too.
IndyTwinsFan Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Insurance runs, please! The more, the better!
FLTwinsGuy Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 O hits since Porcello exited the game

It might be Houston, but all resources will be aimed at Houston.
drock2190 Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Workman had a serious problem with homeruns throughout his career but this year he's been unhittable with the juiced ball. Baseball is weird.
jz7233 Provisional Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Clearly Red Sox has a much better bullpen.
FlauerPauer Verified Member Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Kris just said Rogers is coming back for the 9th. If I were Rocco, I'd definitely have someone up and warm.
