We first need to calculate how many possible winning outcomes there are for this Over/Under prediction

Using the following algorithm we can prove without a doubt how many winning outcomes there are in a full MLB season*

As the total from Odds Shark is in the ballpark we will assume the wins balance out

 

For each team a contestant selects the Over there should be an equal number of teams with the Under designation in order for the math to work...but what fun would that be
