Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 (edited) The east coast, at least the mid Atlantic, has had a Seattle like weather pattern this whole spring, and I love it. Beats 90s and humidity every time Edited June 7, 2017 by Aggies7

Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 Well, too bad this game is over and all.Eh, with this lineup, they still have a chance.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2017 Author Posted June 7, 2017 Rosario is listed at 6-1 but he looks like he is 5-6. LaBombo 1
David HK Verified Member Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 Exam week- had to step away for a while. Glad Hector already gave me good reason not to have to worry about following the game too closely. Good thing, too, he's giving the young guys a chance to audition! Go, Randy! Watch that ERA tick its way down! LaBombo and Riverbrian 2

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 I don't want to state the obvious, but a shut down inning was really needed. This is the opposite of that. LaBombo 1
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 So, with Polanco going on the bereavement list, who comes up? I wouldn't say that Vielma is an automatic call up. Could be Vargas. If Rosario has an extended outing, his reward might be being optioned out. He might anyway. The Twins likely will need at least one fresh arm tomorrow. Frankly, at this point the Twins have to expect a short start from everyone.

TwinsCD Verified Member Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 The trip from Seattle to Chattanooga has at least 2 layovers, I think. Hope Rosario packs lots of snacks. Riverbrian 1

Frankly, at this point the Twins have to expect a short start from everyone. Vargas was out of the lineup tonight... so it's possible he was headed to the airport. If Vargas is up... he might as well stay up. Rosario isn't even close to hitting the locations that Gimenez is calling for. I imagine he will back down to the minors when Polanco returns. They might send him down after tonight.
