Yeah it took going to 3-4 different people at first before I found the right stylist. Now I've been going to her for a year and a half. She knows how to cut it the usual style, and whenever I feel like a change, she knows of good ones to try out too!

I'm thinking he just got away with it in the MiLB because the hitters at AAA aren't all that good anymore.
