You and RiverBrian need to start a separate thread.  The superstition will make you crazy.

I heard that mod warnings were much harsher back then.

The're putting in real grass for next season.

I did hear that. Going to be a challenge to say the least with the humidity and light and such

My neighbor is having a bon fire tonight with free beer and wine.  I kind of wanted to stay through my 500th post but the way this game is going I think I like the free booze better.  I'll have to wait until tomorrow to hit 500 (unless a Moderator can make that happen).  Technically, sitting through this game and season should automatically give us a 10 post jump in our numbers.  

 

Moderators?

Runner up for the evening's preposterous statement award: Jackie Mo says that Twins pitching is getting "almost hard to watch".

 

Not really sure what they could do to become more unwatchable at this point, unless the league would let them occasionally sacrifice a small animal on the mound.

But we're looking to speed up the game ...

Yeah, I'm no botanist but I'm sure they have it sorted. Kicking the CFL team out of there should help it.
