Dozier hasn't had a good at bat in 2 months it seems

To be fair he has a hit and a run tonight.  That said, I wish that he was resting tonight.  He has played in 142 games this season.

Am I seeing things, or does Mike Trout's bat look a little like George Brett's?

They're almost identical.

Both about 34, 35 inches in length.  Thicker on one end, tapering towards the handle.  A knob at the bottom.

Did you see the hit? Should have been an infield pop up.

The Twins drew almost the exact same number of people in 2014 as they did in 1991.

People aren't priced out of going to a ballpark.

And my guess would be if Twins Daily has any effect at all on attendance, it's to increase it, ever so slightly.

Well , lets just say I am surprised our attendance it down by 15,000 so far this yr(i know not much) and we have a winning record compared to the dismal seasons we just had.

We desperately need a catcher who can at least throw out a guy once in a while. If so that balk doesn't happen.

This whole "dozier needs more rest" thing needs to stop as well. He is 28, in the prime of his career. Thousands of players have played 155 games or more in a season. Fatigue is just an excuse while ignoring the real issue (he needs to learn how to be more than a dead pull hitter, he doesn't have the elite power to pull it off)

Guy walks into a bar, and feels threatened.  There at the bar sit past, present, and future.

"Tense in here," says the barkeep.

Alright Chief.

Knock knock.

The Astros are fading even worse than the twins. Who would have thought after we put together a decent showing on a road trip that we'd come home and lay a complete egg? Time is running out on the ol' boys.

You lost me somewhere in there, friend.

If only I had a hundred dollar bill for every time I've heard that, including different last words that started with 'F'.

142 out of 145 games seems like a lot, and diving for the ball can cause nagging injuries.  I wonder how he compares against other second basemen in terms of days rested.
