That's Actually True... Just South of Bismarck.

We keep it there... Just so we can keep an eye on it.

We don't like surprises.

Could you be more precise, almost the entire world is "south of Bismark"

I wish I could like twice.

I instinctively liked it for you, but used up my like that I was about to give it.  Maybe we can all do the 'fell threw the ice' rescue ladder and get it liked again by someone who wasn't on the ice but saw us all  waving for help from freezing water in heavy winter wool clothes.

What were your team names? Remember playing against any teams with fantastic names, or really bad names?

I have a soft spot for banana slugs (UC Santa Cruz, i think?) but recently Pickle Packers has claimed my attention.  Chameleons are also an interesting choice.

In my humble college athletic experience, as a bit of humorous motivation, my coach used a slug stamp on my forehead when i arrived a bit late for practice.  He had good motivators in my opinion: butterscotch for winners, and little plastic E.T. figures for personal bests in fitness tests.

Alas, i don't mean to wax too nostalgic...  But i figured the question was worth a response, even if particularly late in the game.

Ruesse was speculating about Hunter returning next year.  I guess he would fit the annual old vet for 2015.

This was taken this morning.

LOL... That made me laugh beer out of my nose and I'm not even drinking beer.

(Thinking) that was weird... I should get that checked out.

Ok... It is South Of Bismarck... North of Huntington West Virginia... East of Pawtucket and West of Pawtucket.

If you veer off 94 in Bizz and drive south for twenty minutes like you have a tarantula in your lap, you will eventually get to Glazed Donut, ND.  You'll know you're in the right place when you see the confectionery-shaped water tower looming on the horizon.

Somehow I envision the Tigers owner being like Mr. Burns, sitting in his expensive office, watching the Tigers find another way to sink the end of the season, cursing how he has to find another soul to sacrifice so he can extend his life another year (to what now age 106?) for another attempt to win/buy the world series.

Well that answers the age old question "why did the skunk cross the road?"

If you think its costly to paint a water tower. Wait til you see what happens to your city tax rate when the water tower has to be glazed.

It'll mean two less Pepperonis on everybody's pizza.

Because the only hills in ND are being used as exit ramps, where can you go to get a good view of all the more scenic spots?

You're safe among friends.  We'll be here when other recovered memories come along.

In the mean time, rest assured that no less an American pop culture icon than Quentin has prepared us to try to cope with the scorn you must have endured as a Banana Slug...

PS Samuel L is in talks for a cameo in the biopic of your life.  Well done.

OMG... Is that true.

In all seriousness... I have spent all but 3 or 4 years of my life on flat flat ground.

When I see a hill... I think it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

No the high point is Mount Fargo, where you see many future Olympians train:

Now, who pitches the ninth? I'm afraid TD Faithful will be upset.

I would guess Burton.

You should visit San Francisco.

Tonkin would make too much sense, wouldn't it?

That insurance run was huge considering that Perkins is injured.  A few more would be nice.

I have... I got a nice autographed note from the mayor.

Asking me not to come back.

There are some really big hills around Bozeman Montana that are worth the drive.

We needed that strikeout.

In May.  Or from May.  Anyway, they're in danger of playing another indirectly meaningful game in September.

yay.

Or Beverly Hills.  Swimmin' pools, movie stars.
