I'm a Mauer Fan... I would have signed him to that contract!!!

 

However... Out of Curiosity... I did the math... He's been paid $44,530 per Plate Appearance.

 

We we didn't get good value out of that 44 Grand

Disagree. He's slow as molasses and never had a chance from there. The only bunt he had a chance on was a swinging bunt.

Cool! I've toured with Aerosmith, Allman Brothers, Clapton, and Paul McCartney in my younger days, The money was great, but I've never worked so hard in my life.
