  1. So the top three are Jenkins, Keaschall, EmRod, Zebby, and Eeles?
  2. It's going to be difficult fitting Eeles, Jenkins, Zebby, EmRod, and Keaschall into the top 4. I'd have Spencer Bengard higher than Raya.
  3. Yeah, who needs track record? This #20 plus or minus. Unreal.
  4. Should be higher. Only Jenkins, Keaschall, Zebby, and EmRod should be ahead of him. I'm going to trust you put Payton Eeles at 5 now and left Raya off.
  5. LOL. He belongs around 20, admittedly ahead of DeBarge and Amick.
  6. Much too low, plus, since I know you can't resist putting Marco Raya in the top 10 for some weird reason, does this mean you left Zebby out? That makes no sense. He's still a prospect.
  7. Seriously? Winder got hurt and Severino was never a prospect past his age 17 year.
  8. Rosario has no business in the top 20, and I doubt DeBarge does, either. I'd rather have MacLeod in there. If Amick is in the top 10, then we know this is messed up. I'm praying this is not the case...such that the top 20 stats we get each day are for someone who can't hit high A. Jenkins, Zebby, Keaschall, EmRod, Morris, Lewis, Eeles, Soto, Pena, Gonzalez there's 10, so Raya and Amick hopefully didn't make the list. But again, get rid of Schobel and feel free to put Raya in his place (after moving DeAndrade to 11 and moving others down).
  9. Schobel isn't a top 20 guy. De Andrade should be a lot higher, Flop him with Raya, wherever you have Raya.
  10. Yunior Severino isn't a prospect. He's a career minor leaguer some org, maybe ours, will be kind to at the end of the year and call him up like they did Hellman and will drop him off the 40 immediately. That's best case for YS.
  11. Surprising names? I think not. As expected. How can Dobnak be unexpected? They won't lose him. Severino? He's no good. How are people not aware of what makes a prospect good or bad? Yes, he can hit pitches down the middle sometimes for a long ways. It doesn't matter in MLB, everybody can. Winder might be, though he hardly seems like a loss and likely will return. Chances are (without looking) his shoulder prevents him from throwing the stuff he was throwing three years ago. I know he hasn't had it with the Twins. I'd have kept Blewett before any of them, though no issue there, either.
  12. LOL at Keaschall for Rushing. Rushing can't catch and can't really hit. Sure, just like Miguel Vargas and others in the Dodgers system, he'll mash at their high levels, but in those parks and air, I think I could hit 25.
  13. Can't see your video, but Rosario looks a lot like Yunior Severino, and I doubt that deserves any more than an explanation as to why he won't be a major leaguer for more than a cup of coffee.
  14. Oh, lordy, Raya isn't close to Cory Lewis in terms proximity to the Twins or simply in terms of just being good. What is it about Raya that has anybody excited? Yeah, he's on the 40 now, but it's been this way for a while. If you put Morris ahead of him, you have to put Lewis ahead of him...neither is on the 40. Both are much further along and deserving of top 5 or 6 Twins prospect rankings. Raya may have moved up a couple of spots from around 20 with his last couple of outings, but he's not close. smh
  15. This is worth your time, unlike Amick. I wish I could watch.
  16. Bad pick, not worth your time, I wouldn't think. Tiny college park. Should have handled high A but wasn't good enough at low A to get there. Twins blew their first three picks, though the draft ran out of top prospects right before KC.
  17. There'd be some real hope if his slightly older brother could hit at all. As is, he's starting out even worse.
  18. LOL at including a guy who said in the middle of last year that it was his last season.
  19. LOL at K. Culpepper. Doubt it. The problem with Lewis and Morris is they may be up before lists fully realize how good they are, and their first months debuts are likely to be less than wonderful as they gain a foothold and surpass 50 ip. Eeles might be in a similar position. I'd say Soto has an outside chance. The hype is there, so great performance will get recognized in this way.
  20. DuckTales? SMD was around for 40 years before that.
  21. Good question at the end of your article. I mostly know Lemon from his hitting coach days in the early 80s. He did work with a lot of great names of MN lore. Thank you for these features.
  22. Bengard is the only one who could really have a chance to impact the Twins, and he comes with an asterisk! Honestly, almost all major league relief is failed major league starting pitching, and almost zero of major league relief is minor league relief. That makes this category pretty uninteresting. I think I'd just lump all pitchers together and only rank that one reliever every five years who has stupid numbers.
