    Around the league... I thought New Orleans had a high powered offense? Heading into halftime with 3 points... Will Levis and the Titans stink losing to GB 17-7. Caleb Williams and Anthony Richardson combined for 0 points so far. And Sean Payton maybe figuring out how to use Bo Nix?

    Every phase of the team is firing on all cylinders... This is amazing to see! I have severely underestimated the Vikings.

    This broadcast team is doing a phenomenal job of jinxing the Texans lol. First they talk how many passes it's been since Stroud was intercepted then immediately picked after. Now the kicker "Has been money all season" and immediately missed the kick.

    They are EVERYWHERE out on the field. I have vastly underestimated how good this team could be this season.

    Until they clinch or eliminated, every game is a playoff game the rest of the season. That was a hell of a performance from the pitching staff. And also a pitiful effort by both offenses for 95% of the game.

    As long as Pat Mahomes is healthy and breathing, I don’t like anyone else’s chances of winning it all. Teams should continue taking swings on QBs in the draft, but we are seeing that it’s increasingly difficult for these guys to transition from college to NFL. So I think teams will go back to the old days of sitting their rookie QB for a year or 3, and run the ball a lot more.

    I think in the very near future we are going to see some teams opt out of this crazy QB market and go back to an old fashioned run heavy offense. The league is cyclical that way. 2 high safety defenses are dominating right now and the best way to move those guys up to the LOS is running the ball. Then the pass opens up again.

    Evidently we need 3 veteran outcasts (Blewett, Tonkin, Irvin) to soak up precious late September innings.

    The free agency class for 1B is actually pretty promising this winter for whatever rate you want to pay. There’s the high end option like Pete Alonso and Paul Goldschmidt, to mid-tier options like Christian Walker and Josh Bell, to low tier options like Santana and Ryan O’Hearn. No reason to rush into an agreement with Santana.

    It’s really unfortunate. Half of our bullpen and starters have no business pitching in September during a playoff race. The lineup cratered via injury or inefficient play. If the Twins end up with another epic September collapse then I’ll be asking why the FO’s jobs are still safe.

    Detroit has young players who are clicking. Our lineup has been brutal for the last month.

    Detroit is a 1/2 game back now. It will be completely unacceptable if they blow a 90 something percent chance at making the playoffs 3 weeks ago to missing the playoffs.

    Pitcher arm injuries is a problem across every level of the sport down to 10 and 11 year olds. All everyone focuses on now is how hard you can throw the ball. Pitchers like Greg Maddux and Dan Haren would have been passed over in AA today because they threw 88 MPH.
