    Not a good day for this speculation. There is still a chance so we have to keep followings. It really doesn't matter who we play. It would just be nice to play someone, but at this point finishing the season isn't something that is making us consider what comes next in the playoffs. The first game against the Marlins was really disappointing and seeing both Ober and Lopez fail is really a shot in the gut. I don't see a lot of positive in the comments how about finishing in the playoffs as much as I do about changes that everybody would like to see for next year and beyond.

    I am fine with it. It just seems like trying to hard to explain that some things just aren't working.

    I consider essays like this to be fillers on days when there's no game to play or minor leagues to write about. It really doesn't mean anything. We all look at Rocco and shake our heads in different ways.

    The economics of this team say that they would trade him if he could agree. It's all about saving money. Otherwise, he starts when he can. And despite the naysayers I think Keirsey should be up next year and backing them up instead of the over 30. Margot.

Are you still rooting for Rocco as he tries to unlock the greatest pinch hitter of all time despite the fact that he's 0 for 30? Did you really think our two highest paid players would actually be on the field most games? I could go on, but what's the use. Our famous owner and his bench coach I have now decided to help you out and make another million or two in fan friendly counseling services which will soon be broadcast over your favorite twins cable network- maybe.

    The Ace falls can the kids come to the rescue? Everytime the Twins win the posts are filled with promise. We lose and funeral dirges resound. Pohlad is going to make another million with his fan counseling clinics opening soon.

    I think the twins would have done well to have their own center field prospect instead of Margot this year. Of course we would have missed the o for 30 pitch hit so inspiring.

    And Cleveland continues to dink and dunk and we write about how poorly hit their balls are and yet they are singles and they drive in runs and they get on base. You can have your advanced metrics and all the hard hit balls you want. Just get on base.

    I feel bad that the saints season is coming to an end before the twin season. Reading the minor league reports is a break from the heartache of the twins? Frustrating. Streak.

    Once again I read the summary and hear about the speed of the hitball. Fortunately, Cleveland doesn't care how hard they hit the ball. They just want singles and runs. And we bring in Irvin and Theilbar in the most crucial game so far this season and expect to win. Come on. Sans was a good call, but Jax and Duran were the obvious players that should have stepped up for us.

    We need to finish the season. Two good pitchers can carry you a long ways in the playoffs, but they only pitch 40% of the games during the regular season. We need more.

    I can accept the loss. It's just a fact. But the WPA putting Jax and Lopez as the worst is ridiculous. I never like WPA and this is a good example of why.
