  1. We put a better bat at Short Stop and have lousy choices at Designated Hitter, not a smart move.
  2. Great that it said the Twins would be better off if they had kept Astudillo.?
  3. He did not lose us anything; they did not make it on their own.
  4. It seems to me, to be, let's get rid of a lot of good infield-outfield players so we can get fewer good infield-outfield players back. Pitching? Watch the movies about those Cricket players that came over from India.
  5. Observation: Buxton just hit his first grand slam of the year.?
  6. To prove he is not good enough for the majors, like Jake Cave seems to be doing.
  7. If he is good enough he will, if not, he will not.
  8. Gee Golly, I just was over at Gamecast and checking the lineup of a lot of teams; it seems the Minnesota Twins are the only team that has enough players listed, every game, to play two games at once. Right now the only players with decent batting avg. are with a few exceptions, rookies or newbies; we do not have the power hitters from the last three years, it will be a long, long season. Arraez, Buxton, Cave are the only vets, whose numbers look good, while Kiriloff and Larnach are the two best rookies, shizzam!
  9. He is also doing QUITE WELL in spring training.?
  10. In six games, La Tortuga is batting .400 with the Marlins.
  11. If Larnach and Rooker are the Twins future, the Twins have no future; Spring Training and the Minors are for learning not watch them screw up the regular season.
  12. Right now - Derek Fisher, Jake Cave and Jose Miranda are the most productive players, but Larnach two home runs put him in the rbi lead. Using a standard of at least 6 games played.
  13. Refsnyder got his mojo back.
  14. Watch through cable channel or listen on Radio.
  15. Passing on Simmons fielding; he is the best hitting and fielding SS the Twins have had since Leo Cardenas, who had his last great years with the Twins. Simmons had a WAR of 7.9 one year also.
  16. Sano, infield single, shizzzzam!
  17. Twins lost 4-0 to the Braves, but Larnach got a hit! The veteran pichers did real well, but the rookies looked like rookies.
  18. Well right now Twins pitching, in the game against Atlanta, have 8 strike outs to the Braves 3 but Twins still trail 2 to 0, with a total of 3 hits , so as of now pitching is not the only problem.
  19. They need some one/s; they led Baltimore 5-1, fell back, tied it at 8-8, and lost in the ninth 8-10. Minor league Rookies will solve nothing.
  20. Well the Twins now have 3 home runs; one from Fisher, Wallner and Martin each. Two rookies and a veteran. Rooker and Larnach are still trying to figure out how to hit the ball, while my man Garlic is also but Cave has rbi already.
  21. Red Sox have struck out 5 times; Twins have struck out 12 times. I do not care if it is early in Spring Training, that does not speak well for Twins rookies, or veterans.
