    None of the of the rookies brought up this year have been showing the defensive skill( or endurance) needed to improve the team and bringing up a new batch of wishful thinking-crap shoot I doubt is on the mind the front office, they will stick with what they to as large a degree as possible. They are losing fans at the ticket office and THAT is what drives the owners.

    Polanco at short, AHHHHHHHH! He loves baseball but is not consistently good, or really even average at any position, with brief flashes of Wow.

    Yankees had 3 errors and only two more hits than the Twins and still won, what Duffey did is in your face but there are far more problems than that; some here dissed the homer happy Twins, right now if there were still here, thing would probably be different.

    They sent Sano to single A ball to get his mojo back, can they send Jeffers down that low?

    Maybe it is time to do the reverse option, start with the bullpen and finish with starters, or, just use starters for an entire game , and let cards fall where they may for the last game.

    What percentage of rookies, bring the stats. they had in Minor League up to the Major League? Building from within is merely another crap shoot; you can do that when you current squad is good enough that you are relying on wishful thinking, regardless where the rookies come from.

Urshela has generated -2 OAA when fielding a ball directly at him," This is where Simmons made the most errors last year, while making other impossible plays possible; maybe easy plays are too easy , therefore more likely to be errored on.

    Back when the Twins used to beat the Yankees regularly, they wore the pin-stripe uniform they wore the years they won the World Series, not I'm a strawberry red..

    I just checked Cruz's stats. at Baseball Ref. and he would be far, far better than what the Twins toss out there.
