    You do know that Miami waived Lopez who we sent over for floro , Lopez resigned with Baltimore ... Twins should do the same with floro and waiver him and bring up ober when ready ...

    90 wins is a stretch but it OK to shoot for the moon ... If I was younger I would have liked to go to the moon ... The op mentioned arraez's pinch hitting walk against Diaz , only he didn't mention he came in with a 0-2 count cause the batter cron I think got injured , he drew the walk and made it to third and almost scored before the game ended , he won our hearts , yes He did , Lewis is now the man winning us over ...

    Keuchel and defense went well tonight , Twins offense was just enough , bullpen shuts down the Mets ... Perfect recipe for a twins win ....

    What took the plan so long to evolve .... Adding youth to this lineup has helped us towards a better second half than the first half ... If we were to play all the veterans for the whole season where would we be , it was not exciting baseball ... Lewis started late got injured , kiriloff started a month late then a shoulder injury ... Miranda never got started and was demoted after a month of misery ... Wallner got a chance while Kepler had a injury and was sent back to the minors when Kepler got healthy , Kepler has definitely had a better second half and wallner is on the roster and playing fairly well ... Julien was called up and then demoted , then recalled and he was a spark replacing Polanco , Polanco seems finally healthy and is the only veteran that is producing down the stretch .... MAT , Farmer and Solano are over thirty but Solano is having a good season with the Twins , MAT and farmer have been average ... Jeffers is younger than Vasquez and Jeffers is hitting and having a career year , Vasquez has been better defensively in my opinion ... Correa , Buxton and Gallo , correas defense is outstanding for someone playing with plantar , why has his hitting suffered if his defense is above average , buxton is injury prone and has not been much of a contributor since injury in Boston of 2022 , Gallo has been washed up for some years and is a lefthander hitting sano .... Need I say more ,,,, What takes this FO so long to make the necessary changes to the plan , have alittle faith in the youngsters and play them ... Lewis is our energizing leader now ...

    Looks like we are going to fire another trainer for not keeping our number one player healthy ... I would also fire the surgeon who botched the knee surgery and if he has another surgery , have a different surgeon do the procedure and have a quality control guy looking over his shoulder ... Can anyone remember a player so fragile ???? , John castino's career ended with injuries after 5 years ....

    I sure hope Miranda isn't a 1 and done player .... If he can be sent to the Arizona fall league so he can get some game time to prepare for 2024 , I'm not sure this is possible because of his 1 year of mlb baseball ... Next he should go to driveline to help him get on track for 2024 .... Hate to give up on any player to soon ...

    St Paul saints ... I know this is only AAA Baseball but lately they have had alot of clutch hitters and score a ton of runs , especially in their second half ... Twins have improved some in the clutch hitting department with Lewis and Polanco leading the way ... Today was an off day at hitting ( 2 hits ) , a 2 to 1 loss wasn't so bad , Cleveland could have smoked us ... Twins did out score the Cleveland team in the series ...

    Youth movement is definitely here ... Julien has definitely looked better on defense now than at the beginning ... Wallner Also looks better defensively this year than last year ... Just like all players you have to make adjustments to stay in the show ... Youth movement is here , let the good times roll ...

    Again Sonny Gray pitches well enough for the win ... Twins score first but Cleveland comes back to tie it and then take a 1 run lead ... Twin tie it and score 6 unanswered runs to win it , good job bullpen ... Today's game was a good example how a game is played ... Solano has been playing steady all season , defense started out shaky but that has improved , Twins would be wise to extend him a contract before he is eligible for free agency ...

    I've never doubted Polanco when healthy is a productive hitter ... Google Tovar baseball card and polano's and compare them , I discussed this with Tony O and he also confirmed they look alot alike ...

    Pablo has had alot of good games early in the season and in the second half , alittle bumpy ride in the middle of the season ... Pablo is a good pitcher , but will he be the best in Twins history if he exceeds the strikeout totals , I wouldn't claim him to be , as the Twins have had some good pitchers and some of those pitchers could hit , to me that was awesome , kitty was always fun to watch hit in games pitched , he was also a pinch hitter .... Who was or is the best Twins pitcher in history , Cy young winners , perry , viola ( sweet music ) or Santana , hall of famers , blyleven or kaat and don't forget the history dates back to the senators ,,, BIG TRAIN , Walter Johnson ... Strikeouts don't make a pitcher the best in baseball , blyleven struck out more than 3700 in his career , to me that longevity makes him a good pitcher ,, why didn't bert win any Cy Youngs with the Twins, probably because the Twins were always a competitive team of five hundred , bert had alot of season with Twins where he had a 500 record pitching but his other numbers reflected he he should have won Cy Youngs , but wins and losses mattered alot until a few years ago ...

    Line-up ... Definitely need the veterans Polanco and kepler to lead this team ... Rookies Lewis, Julien and wallner need to keep it going also ... Correa has shown flashes but not consistently , let's hope he can help lead too ... Kiriloff rehabbing in st Paul and seems to be close to being added back to 28 man roster ... Solano and MAT have provided good production ... Starting Pitching ... Where would we be if we didn't have this year's rotation , they have mostly kept us in every game , it's been a solid season for the startèrs ... Bullpen ... Nothing to add , the bullpen hasn't been consistent , just keep crossing our fingers they can come through and protect a lead ... We need it all and we need them all right now to get hungry for a division crown and the playoff series ... It's going to be a close and suspenseful race between Cleveland or Twins to win this division ...

    I'm going to predict that this might be royce Lewis's Twins team pretty soon if the other 2 veterans can't contribute ... Lewis is a ballplayer ....

    I was out on lake tonight , did glance at score and we were down by 2 runs , I thought to myself that this wasn't going to be our night .... Didn't watch any of the game , just checked the box score and was pleasantly surprised that we came back from a 4-0 deficit and went extra innings to win it .... The Twins are showing that there is some fight in them after all ... What took so long ???

    Polanco is leading the veterans , he looks good with the bat since returning from IL list ... Ryan had a nice game with control , missed a few locations but got away with them ... Two opposite field homeruns in 1 inning is unusual but nice to see some hits going to the opposite field ... Bullpen did a nice job and could be used again today if need be ( all 3 pitchers only threw a handful of pitches ) , let's hope it's a blow out and we can give them rest today ....

    Records are made to be broken .... I sure like our record because we beat the Yankees by 1 homer ... If Atlanta beats our record the Twins will still have the record to claim for the most home runs by an American league team ....

    I agree with the rules .... This is America , quit wanting to change the rules , they are and have been established for years , now this year it effects the Twins and everyone thinks it's unfair ... It is what it is ... Cleveland made the right play because Twins lost two games to Cleveland ....
