  1. Nobody else watching Daredevil: Born Again? Very comparable to the original Netflix series.
  2. I expect Xfinity will not make any announcement before Wednesday, probably late.
  3. Looking at some of the recent threads one things jumps out. Some writers have a knack for comedy. Just not too many of them. Which is fine, of course. Comedy is hard.
  4. I’m more interested about where they stand when the season ends, than before it starts.
  5. Probably because they don’t know yet either. People asking in the Xfinity boards show that the Xfinity employees have no idea.
  6. Living in a time and place where the whole world appears to be descending into the crapper, it’s tough to work up a lot of optimism for anything.
  7. Thank you very much for providing rare informed commentary on this site.
  8. Hopefully not Potions of Invisibility. Potions of Extra Healing might come in handy.
  9. Would love to see another Justin Morneau come out of the system. Get on that.
  10. Probably ought to merge this with the other thread, that was moved. Hey, comments worked. :)
  11. I also wonder how long before the Blue Jays are compelled to relocate.
  12. If he figured out how to slide safely, I’m in.
  13. If this happens during the regular season, drinks are on me.
  14. ESPN, so it’ll be about 95% about the Yankees.
  15. For the moment. A lot can happen before next year. These days, it seems a lot can happen before next week.
  16. This is a lineup that should produce.
  17. Sure, it also helps to have Hall of Fame caliber skills. Best two-strike hitter I’ve seen in recent memory was Joe Mauer. He’s a generational talent. I do agree completely that the best lineups feature a mix of hitting styles. When everyone is swinging for the fences its really quite boring to watch.
