I think all of the Padres RBI hits in that last inning were opposite field. Twins could learn something from that. twins had bases full with one out and couldn’t add on….

The field is too fast according to the broadcast. That’s why everything is getting through. I wonder if the grass grows and shrivels depending upon who’s on defense?

Maybe we need to quit relying on fringe veterans to be key contributors and not carry a third catcher that won't play.  He is here for a situation that may occur once or twice a week.
