So Phillies bring Duran in top of the ninth and Manzardo hits a home run off him. Cleveland. leads 1-0 in the ninth.

The magic follows.

Unfortunately, where Tolle had a bad inning and shaped up, Prielipp had a bad inning and has stayed struggling... Hopefully just an off night for the rook!

He gave up two runs in his final three innings.  Yes he labored to get thru 4 innings and would have liked to see him go longer.  But he is really our #5 starter, he has been fine and at least held them after the first inning.

CLE has found Jobu and awakened the whole team

I pretty much knew after Buxtons’ base hit in the second, and Lee and Martin made outs leaving the basis loaded that it was our big chance to have a shot at winning this one. Even though it was early it just seems like that happens too often with the Twins.

Lee should have walked... Would have at least tied it most of those balls weren't close

So is Adams heading back to St. Paul after the game, so they can activate Bradley.

I thought Bradley was gonna make one more AAA start, was the scuttlebutt last week

Probably. They will let Adams out to dry tonight per usual then send him down

True, hopefully they’ll come back and win this and I can say “That’s what I get for thinking!”

They just said Bradley is in Boston.

Well then unless someone else gets more time I guess Adams would make sense. I'm still thinking Sundays a rainout

It's too far out to say for sure.  This is Minnesota's only trip to Boston, they will do everything they can to get the game in.

Lee needed a better AB there.
