As I mentioned in the game thread tonight, the Twins now have 12 saves from 10 different pitchers. Did a little research and the previous Twins season record was 8 pitchers with a save, done 4 times.

Must have been 9 at one time… It was mentioned on the TV broadcast if Banda recorded a save it broke the team record for most relievers recording a save in a season.

Looks like the MLB record as of 2018 may be 12 different pitchers?  I think we have a real shot at being an all-time great reliever squad =)

The 1973 Rangers and 1961 Kansas City A's share the record, having 12 different pitchers record a save in the same season

Justin Lawrence is striking out 18 batters per 9 innings but also giving up 6 HRs per 9 and 3.167 batters on base per inning.

Last night? For the Twins only? Because this season FG does not agree with you?

he’s terrible Season to date, but not that bad/good

11.89 k9, 2.57 hr9, 1.89 whip

Any professional pitcher can strike out two or three batters per inning.

You just have to make sure to give them 10-20 opportunities per inning.

Caratini has almost a .400 average his last 15 games as he is hitting close to a solid backup C again.

Woods-Richardson, Topa, Adams, Lawrence, and Garcia have combined to give up 95 earned runs in 96.33 innings.  

The rest of the staff has given up 270 earned runs in 590 innings for a 4.16 ERA
