Sands and Paredes have been transferred to the 60 day IL, which opens room for Minter and Kremer to join the roster. They have yet to be moved to the 26 man roster, however.

Also notably, Garrett Acton is nearing the end of his rehab and will need a 40 man roster spot unless they want to DFA him.

Joe Ryan placed on the 15 day IL, Kaelen Culpepper has been called up (40 man move yet to be announced). Fangraphs states that Zebby Matthews is expected to be called up, so another 26 man move will be needed.

I am not sure how it works for an injured player on the 40-man roster who was optioned to the minors, but Fedko is done for this year and perhaps for good with a severe leg injury. The process used to be that they had to be on the major league roster and then placed on the 60-day IL. Perhaps he could be outright released and given an injury settlement.
