Reese Olson is just ok, not great. Load up the lineup with your lefties and let em rip. Predicting a score like 12-6 tonight.

To everyone who took the over tonight, you are welcome

Not sure what is going to make this what seems likecs rudderless ship get better. I mean who is the QB that will lead the charge out of the abyss. You see talent, you see potential and what should be a better baseball team. What is happening now is not entertaining or fun.  There are rally's, effort and  will at times to do things well. For whatever reason things are not clicking. Then you see gaffes, miscues, poor at bats, poor fielding with what doesn't seem like a plan and you wonder what is the core of the problem? Is it a lack of a vision a lack of a plan of what Twins baseball is?  I mean we're not a part of it we're just fans on the outside looking on  but we all see this, that something is wrong. I don't enjoy ripping the team, the manager or even making rude comments.. is Twins baseball really just this listless and bad?

Teams gotta like each other in sports and actually know each other even the professionals. Not just a bunch of mercanary"s and hired guns. Not looking for heros or idols, just entertainment.  Baseball is suppose to be a kids game and be  fun even in a money business that pays the bills. Being at the  ballpark is supposed to be fun, not a chore or a burden or feel like a weight and a heavy lift. People that like baseball should want to come watch in person or on TV. I  mean two years ago the ride was fun as heck ss a fan. Now it's like a dark cloud. The ownership situation and uncertainty is looming.

Baseball is the boy's of summer, the smell of hot dogs and a good cold beer or soda, good music, take me out to the ball game and thecitement of a home run or a key strikeout. Seasons are long, but without fun and some  winning and without fans,  Baseball becomes stale like old popcorn, an empty movie theater  and a day old dry hot dog bun. Clearly fans are speaking with their wallets. I don't know what the spark is, and what will lift the malaise of the dirty socks smell  is, but something has to change for the Minnesota Twins. This was a proud franchise that has lost it's fun,  and brand. I mean the owners tried to kill it off,  that and make it go away. It was a judge and the fans and hungry players that brought it back to life. You guys all remember the no name kids and the guy you couldn't say or spell his name. Not sure but they found something. They have had relative recent  success and division titles. Now we have boring baseball. And what feels like a time to tune out.  It's gonna be a long decade if change and renewal  doesn't  come around for the Twins.  What we have right  now., this  is not the way.  Time to step away and look for the fun in watching again.

The roster probably has a ceiling of about 80 wins. Injuries have lowered that number.

So with a mediocre roster, you either need a manager that will push the right buttons and/or light a fire under everyone and have a team that scraps and plays hard. Rocco doesn't and has never done either of those things with consistency.

I don't think the Pohlads care enough to fire him during the season. So this is where we are and the light at the end of the tunnel is about 6 months away.

Ditto, but Correa in particular has had quite a bit of praise heaped on him for being a leader, mentor, ect.

That narrative has been pushed for years and I bought it hook, line and sinker. Not sure what's going on with him but he is going through the motions out there. Buxton isn't much better.
