Nice win for the Vikes. Sloppy at times but they were always - by far - the better team. We need to clean up the pre-snap penalties against GB and Detroit though.

If the OL doesn't play better, Darnold will get killed

We got a lot of help from the bears. They were awful from the start. As bad as I’ve seen Williams look. He was awful.

A win is a win. We’ll see who starts for the Seahawks next week. I kind of like our chances whoever it is. Just have to be 1-0 every week from now til February 😂

Twelve wins. Unreal

The fact that it’s tied with ‘98 is crazy. Miles between those two teams

Worst OL ever

They really aren't though.  The Vikings are tied with the Eagles for most time before pressured.  I think you're confusing Darnold's tendency to hold the ball too long with the OL not being competent.  (It could also be schematic, Purdy has consistently been in the "longest time to throw" metrics too.  KOC might be demanding he hang in there looking for down field shots)

Don't get me wrong....replace freaking Bradbury already....but this is a top half OL in the league for sure.  Top 10 when Darrisaw is healthy.

Agreed. Our plays are designed for the receivers to be far downfield, takes time to set up. We don't do a lot of quick screens or fast slants.

That said, I do think the interior OL needs improvement in the offseason. Seeing our center and/or guards turned into speed bumps once a game ain't fun.

I don't think I've seen a screen pass or a swing pass to a RB go for more than three yards since Dalvin Cook was here.

This year is pretty comparable to our last 2 deep playoff runs. But you’re correct, 1998 was a different level. Through 14 games, the 98 Vikes had a +210 point differential

Do we actually have the 4th best defense in points allowed? Crazy

I am still waiting for a repeat of 1969 -- a 246 differential.

Many moons ago I went to a Vike game where TC used to put down.
