Well I guess there will be no drama about it, the Colts have already announced Richardson is benched for Flacco.

I'd rather see Flacco, but at least the Vikings will know what to prepare for. The Vikings should be the better team by a mile, but I'll be worried about quick hitters to Taylor and Downs. Downs looks like he's going to be a pain to cover. Outside of one play last week, he doesn't seem to really be a big play threat, but one of those guys who can get to the sticks and pick up a first down every time you need one.

Dionte Johnson and a 6th to the Ravens for a 5th.

Great trade for the Ravens, that's basically nothing. Still, that's never seemed to be an offense that can support more than one wide receiver.

As I've said for years, more teams should do deals like this during the year. Players are almost free right now. I mean, CA moves up what, 10 spots, less? Baltimore is picking in the 20s, and Carolina in the top 10.

Diggs out for the year with a knee injury.

That was a curious trade from the beginning for me.  The Texans are going to end up spending a 2nd round pick for less than 50 catches, less than 500 yards, and 3 TDs.

This feels like there's got to be something else going on, because you're right, that's an almost negligible difference in draft position, most likely. Is Johnson disrupting the locker room?  Does Tepper want to save money?  Or is there almost no one out there who wants to trade in-season, leaving Carolina in a position where they just have to take whatever?

I know I'm lower on Addison than some, but this seems like a trade the Vikings could have done and then stocking up on better DL/OL/Picks for Addison.

I'm not surprised. Johnson hasn't done much in four years. Definitely still a usable player, but probably not in the same class as the other WRs that have been traded.

Well, he's had absolute garbage at QB.  That's not really on him.

I'd take Dionte Johnson over Hopkins all day.

It would be close for me. Johnson has had crap QBs but I'm also not sure he was ever more than an average receiver to begin with.

Odds are Hopkins is done, but quite often those HOF types get a change of scenery with a chip on their shoulder and prove everyone wrong one last time.

But both went for a pick just one round a part. KC is sending a 4th, but it's a 5th if they don't make it back to the Super Bowl.

Jets are so bad. Rookie RB drops the ball in celebration before reaching the end zone. First ever carry negated at TD 😂

That nailbiter win in London a few weeks ago is looking less and less impressive every time the jets play. They are bad bad

Their D still looks pretty dang good.

Which makes Rodgers and the offenses ineptitude all the more fun. Gotta think the defensive players aren't happy with Rodgers.

Are you kidding me?!?!? New York will now call down and tell the refs to throw a facemask flag for the NEW YORK Jets?

I wish I could quit this league. It's so corrupt.

Really?

Really?

New York doing a replay assists for the face mask? Yes, it happened.

One week after they said there was nothing that could be done about the Vikings face mask.

Not surprised.  They don't even try to mask the corruption.

How does Baltimore have three losses? Sometimes they look like the class of the NFL. And then they lose to Cleveland. Henry looking good today.

To be fair....Denver is not a very good 5-3 team.  But the Ravens pass defense is a major issue for them.
