I think I’d rather see Kris Kristofferson in the HoF.

The other guy who hit more than 4000 career hits (Ty Cobb) was arguably not such a great person as well.  Like Cobb, Charlie Hustle should go into the HOF.  Sooner better than later.

It's not a big deal, but I don't think he deserves to ever have a plaque in the HOF.

Kris Kristofferson was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2004.

Shoeless Joe Jackson was clearly good enough to get elected to the Hall of Fame. He's out because he threw the World Series and was banned from baseball.

It was not a “lifetime ban”. In 1989, MLB permanently banned Rose from baseball. The Hall of Fame is privately owned by the Clark Family and is under the control of a board of directors.

Permanently banned individuals are not eligible for the HOF.
