What are those things on Buxton's neck?

Noticed in video of his ejection, but I think I've seen them before.  What are the bandaid looking things in two rows down Byron Buxton's neck?

I was curious about that too. Doesn't appear to be a tattoo.

That's not Byron Buxton. Those are electrodes used to control his clone. There was a slight hiccup that his controllers are working on after his ejection.
