Last games starting pitcher or a player not currently playing in the game, not while  playing  and NOT in the field.

I mean, there really isn't a way to learn how to pitch the second and third time through the order. Your stuff and command just has to be good enough. This is pretty concerning from Festa.

The refusal of LH hitters to accept a free base hit with a hard bunt toward the vacated left side is just maddening to me.

I'm at the game.  If Kepler gets any kind of bunt fair towards 3rd he could walk to first.

It doesn't even have to be a good bunt. In fact, the harder the better. 

Arenado was giving some token respect with no strikes. At one strike, he's playing a deep shortstop. There's literally nobody there.
