Whatever Maki said to Festa in the 2nd really took.  It was like he was overthrowing and his shoulder was flying out.  He hopefully has it figured out now.

Gleeman just tweeted that he leads the majors in backwards K's with 38.  That's impressive given how much time he's spent in AAA this season.

No one does well with 2-strike counts.  Across the majors, there's a collective .509 OPS when the count reaches that point.  Our Twins as a whole do slightly better at .553.  Julien is a bit below par at .460; Kepler, Margot and Kirilloff have all done worse.

But no question, a trend of backwards Ks is maddening.
