glunn Community Moderator Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Escobear > Flor-e-moan I am inclined to agree with that based on what we have seen so far this season.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Fien in to face the righty. Gardy wants to pull this game out if they can.
B Richard Provisional Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Sharrif Floyd is an absolute animal, great pick by the vikes. wasn't expecting to see him this far down
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 And the Vikings select... Xavier Rhodes CB Florida st.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 How about a really cheap win for Fien? Could be cheaper than you intended, if that's how it plays out in the bottom of the 9th.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Our prayers have worked....quick....are we praying for Arthur Brown or Ogletree? I vote Ogletree.Yup, though I'm good with either. Some Fox kook had Ogie moving up into the low teens. Don't know about that, but he's a good value for a 25th pick, especially in a position of need. Edit. Whaaaa? We picked already? ESPN page is behind. Guess I'll read up on X man. We certainly needed help at corner, even before Winnie departed.
Ultima Ratio Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Morneau will be over aggressive and try to tie it, and pop out. Watch for him falling backwards on his swings instead of stepping at the pitcher, too.

Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Hopefully Nathan will give Parm a nice low fastball... Parm likes em low.

glunn Community Moderator Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Morneau does not look confident.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Rally avatar? I have yet to find a reliable one. The victory avatar disappointed in an earlier audition. I'm sticking with my starter tonight.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 With all due respect, please be wrong about this.Wish granted. Try to make the next one more productive, please.

ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 This Nathan guy is good. Have the Twins looked into trading for him?
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 I have yet to find a reliable one. The victory avatar disappointed in an earlier audition. I'm sticking with my starter tonight. Plouffe singled. I'm going on a hunch and bringing in the Snorg T girl for a rally avatar.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 This Nathan guy is good. Have the Twins looked into trading for him? we offered the Rangers AJ... Thinking if it worked once.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Dick is tangentially right about something, at least. If the guy who pinch runs for you is 39 years old, you're slow, Trevor. You're slow.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Second time this season I recall Plouffe being pinch-run for by Grandpa. Must be galling.
TheLeviathan Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Even for Bremer that orgasm for a routine fly ball was embarrassing.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Plouffe singled. I'm going on a hunch and bringing in the Snorg T girl for a rally avatar. Annnnnd... another rally avatar fails to come through in the clutch. I'll keep looking.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Plouffe singled. I'm going on a hunch and bringing in the Snorg T girl for a rally avatar.I knew by the look in her eye that she wasn't really going to go there. Good try though.
glunn Community Moderator Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 AJ and Nathan together celebrating the win -- just doesn't seem right. I hope that never happens again, at least in this series.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 AJ and Nathan together celebrating the win -- just doesn't seem right. I hope that never happens again, at least in this series. That wish could come true, as it could easily come to pass that no other game is close.
glunn Community Moderator Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Annnnnd... another rally avatar fails to come through in the clutch. I'll keep looking. She rallied me, but unfortunately not Doumit.
glunn Community Moderator Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Now I get to eat wife's cooking. Have fun all.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Even for Bremer that orgasm for a routine fly ball was embarrassing.Good, it wasn't just me being a sore loser. Honest to God, you'd have thought by the call that Dick was the only guy in the stadium who knew some crazy secret that a can o' corn was going to score a run, like maybe top secret Twins nano-ninjas had tied Murphy's shoe laces together. Nobody lends utterly false drama to routine fly outs like Bremsie.
