SweetOne69 Verified Member Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 This looks to be a tough series based on the ERA of the SP. They all have an ERA less than 3.25.
johnnydakota Verified Member Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 Well by the time May rolls around , we will know wheter we are contenders or pretenders...Sadly me thinks the later will prevale go Twins
Willihammer Provisional Member Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 Don't have to face Darvish. Off to a good start already!
Willihammer Provisional Member Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 It bothers me that the Twins are giving away cowboy hats when the Rangers are in town
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted April 25, 2013 Author Posted April 25, 2013 Don't have to face Darvish. Off to a good start already! Dude needs to change his last name to Dervish and his first name to Whirling. I mean, who wouldn't want that name? It's already pretty close... Yu Darvish, Wi Dervish. Pretty close but one is a hell of a lot cooler.

glunn Community Moderator Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 Maybe the weather will allow a respite until the Rangers cool down?
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 From fangraphs today, I present: The Coolest Baseball Gif of All Time: He's tipping his pitches. If I noticed a couple of pixels out of place, I'm sure the batters can too.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 So, three batters up, three down. Avoided the first inning pitching jitters.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Someone from Central Michigan goes #1 in the NFL draft. Big Ten recruiters dropping the ball?
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 So, three batters up, three down. Avoided the first inning pitching jitters. Somewhere in a Rangers chat room... Someone posted the exact same thing.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Someone from Central Michigan goes #1 in the NFL draft. Big Ten recruiters dropping the ball? Well, CMU did go 7-6 this season, so I guess their big guy up front was doing something right.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 I hope TF attendance isn't in a slump like TD attendance. Folks are missing out on the new game avatar, courtesy of Willihammer.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Another Tackle taken in the #2 spot. Son I'd like you to play Tackle for our offense. Offense? Tackle? Do we fumble a lot?

Ultima Ratio Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Guess the strategy, again, is not to pitch to the bottom of the strike zone.... (shakes head)
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Them damn second inning jitters.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Nicely done Parm Isn't Cruz the guy who sorta cost his team a World Series win a couple of years ago?
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Not a sexy draft so far, but sometimes that's where you build a championship. If I was an NFL GM... Offensive and Defensive Line would be focus #1... A QB with time can look like Pro Bowler.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 That was Doziers Fault... He hesitated... He should have been there.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 If I was an NFL GM... Offensive and Defensive Line would be focus #1... A QB with time can look like Pro Bowler. *cough* Kurt Warner *cough*
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Six fouls and counting. Where's the out pitch?
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 51 pitches in two innings. I'm starting to believe that Worley won't throw a complete game today.
